1️⃣ Product Type

Career India Portal offers two types of products:

• डिजिटल उत्पाद: PDF Notes, eBooks, Study Material (Instant Download)
• भौतिक उत्पाद: Printed Books (Courier द्वारा भेजी जाती हैं)

2️⃣ भुगतान नीति

• सभी orders केवल 100% advance payment पर process किए जाएंगे।
• Payment successful होने के बाद ही order confirm माना जाएगा।
• Payment failure या incomplete payment की स्थिति में order process नहीं होगा।
• कोई भी अतिरिक्त शुल्क (tax, delivery charge) checkout पर स्पष्ट रूप से बताया जाएगा।

3️⃣ डिजिटल उत्पाद नीति

• Payment complete होते ही PDF automatic download के लिए उपलब्ध हो जाएगा।
• डिजिटल उत्पाद non-refundable और non-returnable होते हैं।
• एक बार download होने के बाद refund या cancellation allowed नहीं है।
• PDF केवल personal use के लिए है।
• PDF को share, resale, upload या piracy करना सख्त मना है।
• Copyright violation की स्थिति में legal action लिया जा सकता है।

4️⃣ Printed Books नीति

• Order confirm होने के बाद printed books courier के माध्यम से भेजी जाएंगी।
• Delivery time location के अनुसार 5–10 working days हो सकता है।
• Courier delay या third-party delay के लिए website जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
• Buyer को सही और पूरा delivery address देना अनिवार्य है।
• गलत address की स्थिति में re-delivery charge buyer को देना होगा।

5️⃣ Return & Refund Policy

• गलत पुस्तक भेजी गई हो
• पुस्तक damaged condition में प्राप्त हुई हो
• Delivery के 48 घंटे के भीतर photo/video proof के साथ complaint अनिवार्य है।
• Buyer द्वारा damaged या used book returnable नहीं होगी।
• Refund seller verification के बाद ही process किया जाएगा।

6️⃣ Cancellation Policy

• Order confirm होने के बाद cancellation allowed नहीं है।
• Shipped order cancel नहीं किया जा सकता।
• Digital products में cancellation पूरी तरह restricted है।

7️⃣ User Responsibility

• Buyer को order से पहले product details, syllabus, language और format check करना होगा।
• गलत product चयन की जिम्मेदारी buyer की होगी।
• Login details और download misuse के लिए website जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

8️⃣ Price & Availability

• Product price और availability बिना पूर्व सूचना बदली जा सकती है।
• Offers या discounts limited time के लिए हो सकते हैं।
• पुराने orders पर नई कीमत लागू नहीं होगी।
